My external TM i use for one day a week is changing his ‘other’ job. My licence is the only one he currently looks after. He is self-employed and drives occasionally for an agency and always makes sure he visits me once a week. He is changing to work from home on a internet related business which is actually more flexible for him. Does he need to inform the Traffic Office of his change in circumstances?
I would say not, as long as he is satisfying the undertakings given for your licence.
Nope.
All the TC is interested in is the TM fulfilling his obligation to manage the O Licence effectively.
Your TM’s other job could be as a pole dancer/ferret juggler/high court judge - as long as the obligation is fulfilled there is no reason to bother the TC.
