If I start work at 6am on a Monday then do two 9s and two 9+s, then on Thurs at 4pm start a 24hr reduced weekly rest, have I got only 9s available to me til midnight on the Sunday?

You can have 2 extended daily driving periods per week Sunday midnight to Sunday midnight, having a weekly rest period does not reset the extended daily driving periods.

  • You can have 3 reduced daily rest periods between weekly rest periods.
  • You can do 2 extended daily driving shifts per fixed week.
