If a driver drives a vehicle which you record his tacho driving hours and then he drives a vehicle which is 7.5t exempt vehicle would you still have to record his driving hours from the tacho from the exempt vehicle.

If one vehicle is exempt from EU regs and one is not and both have been used commercially then the driving from the exempt vehicle counts as other work for the EU regs and must be officially recorded
If the EU regs exempt vehicle is under UK domestic regs then the EU regs driving time from the non exempt vehicle counts as driving time for UK domestic regs
