Then I start work on tuesday at 6am and finish at 9pm (15 hour shift)
Will I have used my 3 reduced daily rest periods? As I also had 9hrs rest between shifts??

Nope not unless you do the same on Wednesday or start at 6am finish at 7pm then start at 4am Thursday

I can see what you are getting at though
It is EITHER a shift over 13 hours OR a gap between shifts of less than 11 hours = not the way it is written in the regs but means the same thing
