Anyone help please
I want to amend a route so pulled up the map and tried to drag the black line as per ESDAL 1 but it won’t let me
What am I doing wrong

‘Click and drag’ (a la google maps) does not work on Esdal2. You have to fine the road you wish to alter it to, right click and then click ‘add waypoint’.
After that, click the ‘plan’ button on the left hand panel.
The video tutorial takes you through this as well.
One further tip; if planning a ‘simplified’ notification, it seems to work better if you opt to ‘plan on map’, rather than ‘start and finish points’. When on the map page, you just fill in the address/postcode details in the appropriate boxes on the left hand panel.
