Here’s an entirely new picture of No.28 on the register: De Meulemeester’s NGC of Pittem in Belgium. It’s lost its registration plate in this picture so this may have been just before it was collected by John Simmons and taken to UK for cannibalisation. This unit, chassis number 27979, was operated by De Meulemeester of Pittem in Belgium. It became the doner vehicle for GEH 513N, which eventually acquired its NTC 335 engine, 13-speed gearbox, Jake-brake and rear suspension. ERF-NGC-European
