is this turners old 440■■

This one I believe. Turner’s were probably ashamed of it with that livery

Ulceby.

Ready to go for its MOT, Regards Larry.

When presented at HGVTS Kirkham by Graeme Turner

This truck is immaculate and a credit to it’s owner I captured it in Leeds and can’t remember seeing a tag axle before

Ulceby.

Drove this for 9 years

Spotted this lad still earning a crust. Smart as (zb) too

I droveY548JOW for a few weeks for my mate that was the same colour as the one a couple of pictures up, that was only a low cabbed one. We’re they ex securicor? I’ve never seen inside a high cabbed one, is it true the top bunk is the same set up as a 4 series top line? Any pics??

The high roof ECX was available with both single and twin bunks. No. 1 bed was behind the seats and mounted quite high. If a second bunk was specced it was fitted forward as in the Scania 4 series. Without the second bunk there were lockers above the windscreen I think.

Strangely enough, I spotted a ERF ECX over here today with a yellow cab & Grey front grill.

I didn’t see any company name on It though…
