As they’re still not working I assume the plumber said"Well sorry mate booked up solid until next month". 
Could try trucknetski.pl I’m sure their plumber/ email unblocker would be round in an hour and charge less.
It has been logged with our tech guys, however it may be a while before they get round to looking at it
