rung big eddie chilled dept last week , I got passed round 5 times before I got to speak to someone , wanted a quote for an artic load of chilled 7 days a week from lancs to northampton.
they couldnt even be bothered to ring back … Its one collection point and one tip … couldnt be easier.

I havent got Andrew Tinklers e-mail, BUT, ive got David Irlams, so send him your thought`s, and ask him to pass it on

Hmm 7 days a week collect and tip ongoing work? No call back? Someones head should roll for that. I thought no job was too big or small for Steady Eddie. Unless you offered them 10p/mile or something silly like that lol

He’s probably got a secretary/PA to “filter” most of e-mails!
