Not west coast.
Just checked on Google maps. It doesn`t seem to be on satellite pics, but is nice and clear on “street view”.
No one has questioned yet that it is in France?..

Guess the satellite pilot is on his summer holidays then?
had a peek and im aware theres a ferris that moves around from place to place.
possibly why it dont show on the satellite but shows on street view…
im only killing time today awaiting a flight…the plot thickens…
