Driver-Once-More:
you could try Burstwick, it’s mostly only 7.5 tonnes work on the caravans, though they do have some artics for the motorhomes
no work there not enough for us who work there.

Heron at Melton were advertising for drivers the other week
I would prefer something around hull at first if possible , because if I only do a few nights a week I would have to travel the other days so something a bit closer would be better, but beggars can’t be choosers lol cheers for info appreciate it

Wouldn’t touch D&P with a bargepole, if you wanted to be treated like a child and have that arrogant little ginger zb in the office speak to you like your below him then go for it!!Harrison solway’s don’t have many class two’s, Nigel rice might give you a chance, they did me and then they sacked me, lol.
Well that tells us all we need to know about why you had problems at D&P. You’ve got to be a monumentally crap driver to get the sack from Nigel Rice’s. I didn’t think it was actually possible to be sacked from there.
The reason I had problem’s I had at D&P is because once I had passed my class one, the boss refused to let me drive an artic, he told me to go and see another company who he knew where looking for class one drivers and he would put a word in for me, the words he put in where “don’t employ him”, this is down to me having to go on sick when I was hit on the head by a pallet truck, they aren’t a very nice company to work for, the reason I got sacked from rice’s was I was brand new, I didn’t know what to do, and I had a bump, not the end of the world but they followed procedure and sacked me.
Conor, just a quick question, what’s it like up there, on the moral high ground? , you don’t know me, you don’t know what’s happened to me so just to keep it brief I will let you know, I had a bang on the head, which lead to my epilepsy and the loss of my licence, I hope it never happens to you because it’s the worst feeling in the world knowing you can’t do the one thing you enjoy and are reasonably good at, I went from over £350 a week to £80 a week, I nearly lost my house and in the end my marriage, but as long as you know better than all of us then you are ok eh!!
