e-haul.co.uk/
Had interview with then about a year ago, was offered a job which i excepted. Lucky for me i did not give my notice in to my current employer as im still waiting for a start date!
It says on their site that all drivers will be DCPC trained at e-hauls cost not many agencies do that I’m sure!
Just applied myself so will let you know what happens. Think that they may be doing the same as TRG , agency but running a logistics division as well.
At present, they have one operating centre listed on the VOSA site, at Alconbury, for 3 units and 3 trailers.
Their website indicates further applications. They are trying to appease the locals who have objected to an application at Merrydale works - this sentence made me laugh:
- In cab discussions - Drivers will not be allowed to talk when outside of their cabs or offices - this will eliminate loud shouting in the vehicle movement areas.
So tough luck if your’re about to hit something and no-one can shout to warn you
Not really sure what to make of them - must have no points at all on your licence to apply to drive for them. Quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes on their website, which I know shouldn’t make one jot of difference, but it makes them seem unprofessional if they can’t even get someone to check it over. But maybe that’s just me. So you have to be perfect, but they don’t
There website is gash and they seem to be full of gash
Two new ads on the job centre website again today !!! that’s a agency thing keep re advertising ■■?

Another firm taking money from drivers for damage
Nobody bumps a truck on purpose I just can’t get my head round this been accepted by drivers…what are they going to take off the driver next■■?
Agencys make money just putting a bum on a seat. I have had many a conversation with other drivers who work hard, even putting there licence at risk to try and get the “Temp to Perm” I just don’t get there logic!!
The reasoning is a company or agency will get rid of you at the drop of a hat and will show no thought as too your financial position or that you sit around waiting for work. Then they will expect you fly out of the door in an hour, tipping your hat with subservient gratitude. Even when you get there, because your Agency you also get treated poorly by The Traffic offices, Company workers and everyone else that feels that they can undermine you because your agency.
In general drivers, certainly at this time of year are working really hard to sort them selves work and are treated again like second class citizens.
I even had the experience lately doing a tricky manoeuvre to get to a butty van. The guy in the van said “Well done mate” and then went on telling me story’s about agency drivers (in the negative) when he stopped for breath, I informed him I was an agency driver and he looked a …
While drivers accept things like money being deducted its just going to keep on spiralling down, but then again how much is your job worth, people have families and mouths to feed and believe me they know it. That includes E HAUL.
this tells you something ? companycheck.co.uk/company/07642636

Now i migh be wrong but i remember chating to one of there drivers in colsterworth a while ago and the guy who owned is was an investment banker or something along those lines basicly sunk a lump of money into it as i say i might be wrong as it was a while ago but the guy did say he wasent staying there as it was max hours every day and the money wasent enough
E haul advertised a long while ago for walking floor ops in Tilbury. Still waiting for girl to get back to me after phone interview. Think it’s about 2 years since.
Re Haulier group mate had block their yard with his truck to get money owed!
Must be a good firm to work with as they can even offer you a franchise as an owner driver, so for a ■■■■ poor mileage rate you also pay them for the honour of doing their work !! Whoopeeedooo just cant wait
Seems about right for a merchant banker …
I have worked for this company for 2 years and they are a great company to work for.E haul is not an agency, you are working for a haulage company, tramping on containers.
No problems with them ever.
