Motorway services sell some english brands of cigs and tobbacco as do some of the local shops in holland , it used to be around the same price as in Belgium

There are no shops at hoek port but if u get there early you can walk into town in 15 mins or when u come of motorway for hoek turn left at first lights there’s a shell garage.you can fuel there with dkv if that helps
