When you say 6 days a week are you working all 6 days 08:00 to 17:00 or is Saturday half a day ?

Anyway, it may be legal to do this for two consecutive weeks but more information is needed to be sure, I assume the two weeks started on a Monday but was you working for the few days before this ?

Normally I would suggest sticking to having a 45 hour weekly rest period every second week, but if you really want/need to work 6 days a week for two consecutive weeks give us the information needed and we’ll try to let you know if it can be done legally

sorry saturday is 8 till 4 the week im landscaping i get saturday sunday off and the working week starts monday morning ivebeen at this company 10 years and they have just put me through my licence so last week i worked on landscaping 40 hours then tomorrow i start driving for 2 weeks

Assuming that you’re having 45 consecutive hours rest this weekend you’re starting next week with a regular weekly rest period, so what you want to do is legal as long as you either have a regular weekly rest period (45 hours) in week 3 or don’t drive at-all in week 3 (the week you’ll be landscaping).

However I wouldn’t recommend doing this too often, generally it’s best to stick to having a regular 45 hour weekly rest period at-least every second week when you’re driving, otherwise it can get confusing if you’re not too sure about the rules
