What is the best route to drive to Macedonia ( Skopje) from Bosnia ( Sarajevo) sprinter with 3.5t trailer (15m in total) then have to go into Serbia (Belgrade) after ! Carnet ready just recommended routes??

The quickest way would be to go East from Sarajevo, crossing in to Serbia at Donje Variste, to Krusevac, via Cacak and then on the Autoput to Nis where you take the fork towards Skopje. Watch your speed and slow moving farm vehicles.
Pick up the M5 out of Sarajevo and head for M-19 Sumbulovac, then Podromanija. Then pick up th M19.3 towards Stjenice, Kukavice, M5 towards Visegrad and to the border. Head towards Uzice, Pozega, Cacak, Kraljevo, Krusevac, Pojate. This is where you will pick up th A1 Belgrade-Nis. Head towards Nis and then towards Skopje.
You should reckon on about 10hrs driving.
