Hi, Can you tell me if say I drive for 3 1/2 hrs and take 45 min break then drive for 4 1/2 hrs then another 45 min break,
can I drive for another 2 hrs to take me up to ten hrs? I know I can only do two 10 hrs in a week

Yes that’s perfectly legal, you can have the breaks any-time you like as long as you don’t drive for more than 4 ½ hours without a 45 minute break or a split break.
