HI LADS, I,VE been driving 26 toner since 2008, but not sure on working time 15 hours a day
i drove 4.5hrs 45min break, 4.5 hrs another 45 min break, drove 1 hour then 9 hrs rest instead of 11. MY QUESTION i had 1 hour left of driving time so i took my 45 min break then to get my other hour so that way i could drive for two hours then rest
is that ok . went to wincanton other day then aberdeen next day going to buckie further than aberdeen on monday.

Sorry but I don’t understand what you mean 
You drove for 4.5 hours then had a 45 minute break, you then drove for another 4.5 hours and had another 45 minute break before driving for a further 1 hour.
That’s 10 hours driving which is the maximum driving you can legally do between daily rest period and you can do that twice a week.
I’m not sure where this other 1 hour driving comes into the equation.

3 times a week , any other is 11 hours rest minimum.
If you’re saying you did this:
Drive 4.5h
Break 45min
Drive 3.5h
Break 45min
Drive 2h
Then yes that is perfectly legal. Every time you have a 45min break you reset the driving time clock for that segment of your day back to zero. You can do this at any time in the day and as many times as you like in the day as long as the total driving for the day does not exceed 10h (twice per week) or 9h (every other day in the week).

It was usually a few mins just under those drive times given so the daily total would be around 9 hrs 45 mins

No idea. I posted a longer one on this thread and it didn’t get scroll bars. I posted a smaller one than the second image here on this thread and it got scroll bars while the second here didn’t. In fact the second image here is longer than the first yet the shorter one got the bars. I’m confused, I need a drink.

It’s perfectly legal as long as you have a 10 hour “daily driving time” available

Well thankfully you have now learned a very valuable piece of information. Don’t listen to anything else the person who told you that says as they are a blithering idiot.
After 45 minutes break it resets the driving counter to zero, so following the 45 after the 3 hour drive you have all the remaining 3.5 hours available to use without requiring a further break.

Whoever told you that was talking nonsense, you can at any time drive up-to but not more than 4.5 hours before having a 45 minute break or a ■■■■■■■■■ 45 minute break, and you can continue to do this until you’ve reached the maximum daily driving time of 9 or 10 hours
