Help needed !!
I have got about 6 infringements in 2 years for driving over my 4.5 hrs without a rest. It’s never anymore than 6 - 8 minutes over so 4.38 max normally a few minutes. Should I be worried if I get stopped by Vosa / police with having these infringements

Seriously though there’s no need to worry, 6 infringements over 2 years isn’t that bad, the fact that they’re all for driving over 4.5 hours without the correct break suggest you could perhaps do with paying a bit more attention to your driving hours though.
Do you use a digital tachograph or analogue ?
