If I drive for 2 hours have 45 mins drive 2 hours have 45 mins drive 4 hours have 45 mins drive half hour 45 mins drive half hour
Basically can I record as many breaks as I like during my 9 hours of driving

YES
Each time you do a 45 it resets the driving time back to 4.5 hours max before next break due - but you do not lose any daily driving time doing that

If you have any short breaks make sure you get them the correct order, ie, 15 + 30, not 30+15, nor 20 + 25 or 3 x 15. That is how we used to do it!
If your company do not pay for breaks, use POA or Other Work
