I think I know the anwser but would just like some confirmation if you would please.
if I started work on monday and worked through untill sat morning the last driving period being sat 0100 untill 0600 I then break untill 2000 sunday thus taking a reduced Weekly break of 38hours.
Dose this count as 7 consecutive days working or dose the break reset my working week ■■
As a company we work a rolling week and not fixed.
It resets your driving times but you’d have to watch the working times ie 90 fortnight

No this would not count as seven consecutive working days as you are having a weekly rest you will start afresh.
N.b You are now permitted to drive within six consecutive 24 hour periods as many shifts as you want providing you meet the daily rest and daily, weekly and fortnightly driving limits.
