Yes you can reduce your rest to 9 hours up to 3 times between any two weekly rest periods so I don’t see the issue.

If I’m not sure I normally refer to this site as it explains everything very clearly. I have also spoken to Chris the guy who runs it a few times when I need a little confirmation. He will know more about whether you can move during a rest period.

A few times ? you must be in the same office ! Your email address you registered with matches the one on the website you linked to !
