i am using novadata in braintree for initial qualification
anybody heard of them
also if employed what is average wage for trainers

i have no formal qualification in training although i have been training drivers in digi /analogue drivers hours etc for the past few years nova data will put me through a city and guilds in training over a five day period
cost including accommodation is £1400
you are throwing your money away. there isn’t any official qualification.
there are many train the trainer courses. but anyone can set up as a trainer without any qualifications whatsoever.
being an experienced hgv driver is enough of a qualification.

Phil is almost spot on - you only need to PROVE that you have the relevant experience to become a Dcpc trainer from an employer or ex-employer or anywhere really
DON’T WASTE £1400 TO BE A DCPC TRAINER
If you really want the city and guilds in training qualification then that is a different matter 
the company that i work for at the moment want to do it this way
i get a week away
they plan to do in house training for dcpc
i might have a cunning plan to go commercial alone
at the end of the day its their money not mine
