More ■■■■■■■■ from the bbc. They will make sure the public believe that this all ties in with the brexit vote and how the country will would fall on its knees if it wasn’t for them EU nationals keeping our country afloat.
Did not hear it but I can imagine
I love these type of programmes, and the adverts you read that paint rosy pictures of well paid jobs.
First milli second reaction is …I quite fancy becomiing a driver…, then realisation and reality suddenlly kicks in.
I’ve never met a driver yet that earns £20ph or anywhere close, these people need to stop talking out of their puckered rings and start reporting reality.
what was she talking about companys stockpilling drivers ? this is a new 1

I think for the most part she didn’t have a clue what she was on about and didn’t once answer any of the questions as to the poor pay or bad conditions. New one as well apparently companies are paying you a bonus when you finish your shift cloud cuckoo land springs to mind

But you have never met me fella. There are some drivers earning not far off £20 an hour but the jobs are few and far between and anyone paying decent money will not employ average Joe.

She knows nothing about lorry drivers or their pay. She gets given the information and is highly paid to read it out on Telly. Give her a break. You would do the same if you had the chance.

You used the word ‘‘Agency’’ , that explains everything, enough said.
What program was this on, I need a laugh so I wanted to watch it on Iplayer.
I wouldn’t get out of bed for that, even the £100 bonus for every shift worked doesn’t tempt me. [emoji23]

Well did use the word ‘might’ to cover for the fact she is an agency wallah
I want to know where the 52,000 trucks are parked up.

Of course he’s never met you. You only exist on here and in the mind of UKT/Joe/dozy etc.
