went to visit my niece yesterday,coming back after I saw two cars on the M4 westbound hardshoulder,one was having it’s tyre changed,two or three other people were standing around but one was standing on the offside right on the white line,looked like he didn’t have a care in the world,even though vehicles were going past him at 70 mph +.
