Driver Anti Sleep Alarm, has anyone used it?

Hi Guys
just wanted to know if these are any good and anyone using it there are quite a lot of variations available from £0.99p to £29.99 with different options.
Will it be worth spending arund £20 if so can you suggest any good place where this can be purchased from.
Any suggestions please
Thanks

My comment would be if you get to the point
of needing one of those for driving you should be looking at doing another type of work.Or looking at your life style and sleeping properly.
