Just a quick question, where is the customs office to get carnets stamped ? Thanks.
Used to be the big building in the Western docks
Down the hill, you’ll see a BP station at about 11 o’clock. Turn right, to the next roundabout (agents offices in front of you), turn right. Customs are in there.
Don’t stay too long, They charge you to park. It’s a [zb]ing fortune.

Thanks haven’t had to do one in donkeys.
Most of the agents are in Lord Warden House opposite the customs entrance and exit
When you arrive in Dover by M20 or A2 then you will see road sign black - Freight Clearance Centre (truck logo) and follow it

You turn right at the same roundabout. You’ll recognise it because there’s a big empty lot where the BP appears if it’s about 11 o’clock
