Camion stew or truck stew for the new drivers out there, you could be waiting days for a reload home.
Some of us oldies on here may recall the Turkish drivers that wore suits when driving, no tie, smart jacket and trousers and business man style shoes.

The longest I waited for a load was two weeks, sat with an empty trailer, I kept ringing the office to ask have you forgotten about me?

In the French restaurants I used to have cockerel, it was a tough old bird, oxtails, pigs trottters, offal and tripe, the smell can be off putting but it’s delicious.
Chicken or lambs liver in a Cognac sauce, that’s lovely.
