I currently work as a subcontractor through some bigger haulage company. In next few weeks, I will be adding another truck with a curtain side trailer and want to start sourcing my own work. Before I do it, I would like to find an experienced person in haulage industry or visit some seminars, presentations which hopefully could help me to take it to the next level. Thanks,
In most businesses those that crack the job out well are busy doing it not talking about it, those that talk and sit on committees/panels ect are full of s/h/y/t/e and invariably are failed or failing in their business life.

Robroy has been around for a bit and seems to know what he’s talking about. Used to run his own fleet years ago. He is usually quite helpful so might be worth pm’ing him and asking. His advice will probably be dont do it,but he might help you if you insist.
