I was talking to a mate about this, in a former life this news would have brought the boss out of his office with a big pot of paint and some brushes, go and paint the fence you lads, make sure you stand at least 2 posts apart and clean your brushes before you go home. The only other time he came out of his office was about 3.30 Christmas eve when he said, alright you can get off now!
