In a simplistic way they do, but if you follow EU legislation to the letter, the RTD rules get in the way.

Again domestic hours rules probably benefit more with the WTD as there is no requirement to take a break with domestic hours. Unless you are driving a PCV :open_mouth:

The 6 hour rule is very simple all you’ve done is try to make it more complicated than it really is.

You’re spot on with what you’ve said, the road transport working time regulations are for people working to the EU regulations and if you’re not working to EU regulations you come under the general working time regulations.

Misses thinks i have gone mad as I have just launched this wobbly belly round the living room with my t shirt over my head.

Dog has bit me and i ve stubbed my toe… wife and kids are giggling their heads off !
