Best route please from the Midlands. I’m going tomorrow in a 26t rigid. Are there any weight limits from the a14?
No weight limits on a14 .but check on highways as there’s roadworks along it and at times they close it overnights and on a weekend
There’s two sites, and various weight limits, A14 to Brampton hut, A1 south, over buckden rbout, take the kimbolton turn B645, ignore 18t just before you get to staughton Village turn on left Moor Road, take that, follow to top some units to left, if not there turn Right follow all way round to next gate, there’s no quick way across airfield.
You can go through Bedford follow B660, towards Colmworth, that’s main gate.
