Had a few errors come up with my driver card recently (code 48) wouldn’t work at all in an 11 plate, 06 and 07 plate vehicles throws up the fault code but starts to work after a few goes.
Looked for a few other threads and rang the number on the link, 0300790-6109, option 1.
Representitive said thet know about the fault for when the card was issued and they are in the process of sending letters out to those that they think are affected.
Has anyone else received a letter yet?
Also said VOSA aware of it and to just do manual entries for as long as needed.

Will just wait and see if a new card turns up as mine was issued between those dates.
you need to fill in a form to get a replacement you can only do printouts for 14days! took about a week to get mine back and no cost to you!
You can do it over the phone, I got mine in 4 days
