If it’s the time on the tachograph screen display (local time) you’re talking about it doesn’t matter what time it says.
If you’re talking about the UTC time, that’s the time that’s recorded on your driver card it should currently be no more than 1 hour 20 minutes behind the British Summer Time.
If it’s the local time that’s out you can either leave it or correct it, if it’s the UTC time that 1½ hours out it needs to go to a tachograph centre to be corrected.
To correct the local time on a Siemens digital tachograph, when stationary with the ignition on press “OK” and the driver 1 printout screen will be displayed.
Use the down arrow to scroll down until the display says “Entry” then press “OK”.
Now scroll down until you see “Local Time” and press “OK”.
You can now correct the local time.
