Hi All
I have a driver whose Digi card is due to expire soon, he has just handed me a piece of paper saying
“how to keep drivers hours records using printouts produced by the VU”
and then below as follows
"A Daily Activities printout must be produced from the Vehicle Unit on the last 2 days before the expiry date of your card. you need to do this

  1. when you take the vehicle over, and
  2. when you leave the vehicle .
    On these 2 days do not produce a printout from your driver card, as this may be blank."

The Driver is asking how do you do a printout without using the driver card?

Can anyone help with this please?
