The simplest way is to use an external compliance service, they will charge a monthly fee, do your driver card and vehicle head downloads (you can do them anytime you’re passing their premises), look after your company card, and provide an analysis report.

The software is free mate.
£1 per driver per week.
Upload the data and they send you the reports.
I use them it works a treat
i use road tech (tachometer), same thing as above
just need to also buy a card reader, and a digital vu to plug into the tacho
software is free and you used to get a 30 day trial, then costs £1 per driver and £0.50 per vehicle per week
