hi i work for a large multi national company when i had my cpc i was told it was the company’s responsibility to download the cards and vu and upload them either the bbranch or transport manager if we have one
my branch manager insists its my job to do all tacho downloads and uploads
which is right the trainer or the manager ?
a link to rules would be great i dont want to end up doing something wrong through ignorance

Both the trainer and the manager are right. Its is the companies responsability to download. You work for the company. If they instruct you to do the download then thats a resonable request? You would of course need to be trained/shown how to do the downloads of course.
well i dont mind doing the download but im expected to download everybody’s card and all the vehicle vu downloads and im expected to do the upload
i dont think it should be my responsibility i dont get anything for it
