3 weeks ago i received a letter from police about speeding, doing 38 on 30mph road.ok filled it and returned to them about 2 weeks ago.Didnt received an answer from them.
my question is if i dont receive any response from them what can i do? i am a bit concerned because soon i will go for holidays abroad.

That would be the letter to confirm you were the driver, in the next few weeks the other letter should appear
As long as they notify you in 14 days, which they have, they can take up to 6 months, i think

yeah received 2 letters, the second one on my name.but i dont know if they will send me the speed awareness course one or not.thanks

never have done speed awareness course
depends on the force area if you get a SAC. also depends if you have points and other factors, if you get your NOP you should have a section that says you maybe eligible for SAC but like I said it depends on the force …

They can be quite entertaining better than sitting doing a DCPC session we had a copper on mine he got caught doing 37 in a 30 limit he was quite embarrassed but a crackin fella.
I did one 18 months ago. Less use than even a DCPC course, I kid you not.

I just found it entertaining
