Hi all I’ve got a induction /driving assessment tomorrow with dhl/argos as a 2 man team delivering to customers homes on behalf of a agency has anyone been threw this and can let me know what to expect thanks
DHL are quite standard.
You will be out with the designated driving assessor who will have no actual qualification other than also being a driver. He / she will have a checklist not unlike that which would be used by a driving examiner. He / she will most likely be looking for a safe calm drive. Some will talk throughout and try and get you to drive like him / her, and some will be mostly silent. Unless you do anything serious, most likely between 4 and 7 minors will be entered on the sheet and you should be okay no matter if you genuinely did commit these offences or not.
If you pass it matters not a single iota how many minors you got.
You may have to pass driving on / off a demountable box. Nothing to worry about, the assessor will demonstrate first.
