Decent HGV companies in Essex?

Hi all. I’ve got both my hgv class 1 and 2 licences, held my class 1 for 2 years in August but haven’t got any experience yet as had a job previously but I’ve got experience driving a large vehicle as drove the buses for 2 years. Was just wondering if anyone knows of a decent company to work for in the Essex area? Thanks in advance

I was thinking trying wincanton but I’ve heard the pay isn’t great there. Do you know if it’s worth getting a HIAB or MOFFET licence?

Is Haverhill too far ? If not try Culina they’re usually pretty good at taking new drivers.
