In Holland it is required by september 2016. In Holland your ADR exam is for 7 points. Other countries dont give points for ADR.
So many differences.

Yep, FIMO and FCOS been in France for more than 10 years.

iirc the first course I took was in 2005 or 6 already and as it’s for five years I’ve already done it twice.
