Wrighty I did wonder if Colin had lost the plot when he bought that inveco, it was cheap for a reason and cannot be compared to the Scania’s you run, is the replacement a Scanny ?
As for the shot below we actually pay drivers to enjoy the roads of Europe, its like being on a luxury holiday tour, its just that they do not realise how lucky they are Buzzer

We had a lad leave so the Iveco pilot is now driving our 70 plate R580, Colin hasn’t bought a replacement yet so we are down to 7 at the moment. Scania’s are expensive to buy but they are worth the extra in the long run, Like you say John there is a reason why Iveco’s are so much cheaper and not only build quality but the dealer backup was very poor which was a big factor in him getting rid. My old lass is 8yrs old now but runs like a sewing machine, she is showing her age cosmetically but still pulls like a train and earns as much as a new one.
Back home tonight for the four days farming lets hope the weather plays ball.
Cheers Wrighty.
Wrighty weather is not too shabby down here in the South mate, ran 20 Charolais through the crush today and Black legged & wormed them, took the biggest 14 to there field which has grass about a foot high in and let them go, they loved it and so did I nothing like watching them kick up and go round the boundry, kept six smaller ones at home for paddock mowing duties, on the look out for a few more now, Buzzer
Chippers is tipping in Austria today, snow on the mountain caps but his warm presence has melted all around him at the lower levels
Aye, and the boat looks quite impressive too!
A bit of agri, an Anne MacPherson photo somewhere in Moray, will be a bit of a queue at the other end

In Sweden tonight, gone to see Eurovision not.
Moved on now, just got tipped in Kuopio, Finland. had to attach this to my last post because on this stupid dead loss system you cannot post more than three times how sad is that, one has to wait till someone else posts on your thread before you can go again and there is fat chance of that on here, falls on deaf ears all the time and needs to be changed, Buzzer
Weather better than 5 months ago when he was last there.
Silly site rules, Buzzer

Busy as ever up here now the weathers picked up, fert on, most of the cows out and busy mucking sheds out and emptying the meadows of sheep and lambs. The grass is growing well after this last weeks rain especially the lawn…!
We had a good sale at Leyburn a couple of weeks ago with a Limi bull selling for 7k, and we were also featured in the Farmers Guardian the week after with an article on East Shaw.
Back to it tomorrow for my three days driving delivering machinery for a start and then who knows…

Sorry to here that bad news Steve, its always sad to lose a pet especially a dog, faithful and loyal and they are almost human, we got two interned in our garden so they are sort of still with us in a manor of speaking. The last one we lost my Mrs said no replacement but after a couple months she changed her mind cos we missed the one we lost so much, JD
