I have just purchased a dash camera on ebay for about £30, so I thought I would post a quick sample of the video.

If that’s the same camera you’ve linked to I’d say the image quality is pretty good for the money.

Why did the PMP Wagon not stay out until the end of the junction 
If you count the gap between you & the ‘Man Lift’ wagon, its only about 2 seconds, so the PMP wagon would have only had 1 second between him & the Man Lift wagon, 
(& it looked like he was catching him) Think that constitutes Tailgating in the eyes of the new laws !
If I’d been driving the Man Lift wagon, I would have stayed in lane 2 as well, (that can be a busy junction/M6-M42) & given any vehicles room to enter the motorway. The OP was in the correct lane, leaving room for vehicles entering, it’s just the overtaking wagons that were wrong. IMO.
I’ve noticed a lot of drivers on here stating that “it’s my lane & the vehicles entering the motorway should give way”
Well, MR Class 1 ‘Professional’ PMP driver caused that near miss, all he had to do was stay out & the car would have had room to enter the carriageway. Probably too busy texting or watching a DVD 
to be worried about thinking ahead at a junction.
I use an App called Black Box on my Iphone, set it to loop record every 5 minutes, seems to do the job. I might get one of these, but I need to power it from the auxiliary plug in the passenger side, as I use the ■■■ lighter for my sat nav & Iphone. (if I try to run both, she blows a fuse every now & again)

Prime example of a truck driver oblivious to whats going on around him!! nice quality video.
Couldnt blame that one on the car driver really, since lane 1 was clear.
Dont these newby drivers get trained properly any more?
Can you make the video viewable by mobile devices please. My laptop is having a hissy fit so I’m using my phone.

I use a 16gb card. The camera loops the recording just over writing the older files first. There is a lock button on the back which will keep the file until you reformat the sd card.
