Can I have a 16 hour rest after OW , start OW 8-3 pm with a lunch break rest 3-4pm then drive/OW for another 8? Or would I need a 3 hour rest in before 4pm?

max shift from start to finish is 15 hours so starting at 8am means ending by 11pm
