It will be a 105 with the MX engine so best to find out when and if the turbo was done …The latest turbos have titanium impellers
Norb just going of topic a bit here ,but do you know where I can purchase a headboard for the Alpha 1 / daf roof from ,perhaps the type that’s moulded to the roof shape ? Cheers Dan .

I’d be a bit weary of any truck on a 57 plate (sept 2007) with only 550,000 on the clock.
do you know any of the back ground for said motor.
The average milage of 57 plate as of sept 2014 should in theory be doing around 140,000 kms a year which for this said motor will put it on around 1,120,000 kms.
so the biggest questions you’ve hot to ask is
what’s it been used for with such low mileage.
has the tachograph been changed and does it reflect it’s true milage.
With such low milage how long has it been sat up idol.

fulldaf history we have fleet of dafs but am sure the 07plate have had turbo probs but they are 410 cf were the turbos a warranty/recall item or your own hand in pocket cant get our workshop to give to much info
At the age of that vehicle it will be hand in the pocket ,there was never a recall as such.I think the lowest powered engine did not suffer turbo issues compared to the higher ratings
