Hi guys, bit of a long shot this one but hopefully someone knows the solution
Came back from a weeks holiday to find the radio in the truck is on mute. It’s one of the fancy Daf all singing ones with the built in sat nav.
Volume won’t adjust with either the knob on the unit or the controls on the steering wheel.
If I go in to factory settings and reset, it will play at 5 volume but still no control up or down and once engine is switched off again , no volume until reset.
Anyone experienced this before or have any ideas?

Lol, yeah tried turning on and off again. No it’s not under warranty
There’s a mute sign showing on the display, I’m going to try and get the unit swapped over as the sat nav never shows the correct location of where it is eg in our yard in East Kilbride it thinks it’s in Ireland.

pull out the fuse for the phone for a minute then put it back in and that should sort it, if not do the same for the radio

It could just need a reboot,
I had a landy once and the Radio gave endless problems. It was fixed by disconnecting the batteries overnight which reset the system including the radio.
Pulled the fuse out radio working as normal
