Daf Bellshill

Hi guys, is it just me or are the service reception staff at Bellshill a nightmare.
Never seem to turn round or look up to acknowledge you and if you do get their attention, they’ll just mumble fill in the booking sheet and put your keys in the bowl.
This isn’t just since things changed in March, they’ve always been like that.
Maybe I’ve been spoiled with the staff at Iveco in Glasgow as they always seem quite pleasant and don’t think you’re just a nuisance.

The best option is to ring them whilst standing there, usually gets someone embarrassed or very rude which gives you the chance to then wind them up.

Yep kept me waiting two hours once to replace a susie connection. As a consequence lost my job.

Mind didn’t think Western Commercials (Mercedes Govan) that great either.

I visited that place 2 years ago with the intention of purchasing a new truck.
I asked to speak with someone in sales and was told to wait over there and someone would come out , !0 minuter later of me watching them peep glancingly over the high counter i asked if i could have a coffe, this brought the reply that they dont sell vehicles here, this is a service centre…i heade for the door and made sure it stayed open.
Shocking lack of courtesy offered to prospective customers, definatly lacking in proper management.

Fair play for offering a contact. You’ll not hear anything though. Most drivers don’t have enough balls for person to person interaction and prefer to moan about things on an Internet forum instead.

There have been specific issues with my vehicle that they do not seem to want to attend to but as far as I am aware that is being dealt with my companies head office.
