Just sending off my b4 and b2 as my class c lapsed at 45 years of age. My question is do I tick “to renew my licence see note d and e” or to renew my licence as it was revoked? Also do I need to send a photo if I am to send in my photo card or don’t I need to send it?

Tick renew, you don’t need to send in a new photograph if you’re still recognisable from your current picture on your license. Good luck!

Next D4 medical due in 5 years so 2022
If you have CE (102) then you can get full CE by taking test in W&D which you can drive alone to test centre then fit L plates - do test - remove L plates and drive out alone - pass or fail

No - only if you pass
You have W&D CE so apart from the actual driving on test under test rules you have the licence to drive that W&D on the road
