Any doctor can do this. Start with your own. Some practices discount the medical for their patients. Then Google for other doctors.

My Dad has used these in the past, cotswoldmedicals.co.uk/ , they couldn’t do him locally this time, but they offered him a appointment at Warrington bus depot.
