No mate,I just saw the bit about under 40. He would do anything for the right price thou, and has done quite a bit of low loader work

Ah i thought so, bit of a strange post really, why is he looking for somoene under 40 who runs a heavy haulage company ? Its not a ■■■■■■■ dating site 
Eagle eye’d so you are. My reasoning is, being Only 29 and soon to strat My own haulage company i was looking to converse and gain experience from other Young haulage owners to avoid making similar mistakes. i am well aware there is an ageing population in the driving world and many are long in the tooth etc. Was merely going to ask if they appointed a senior driver they relied on to maximise their experience and in a way mentor them. Very much the same sort of scenario you would get in the forces when a Junior officer takes command of a hardened mob and he has a senior to hand rail him. Maybe i am wrong and this community is not of the same sort of thinking.
