i think bald bloke works,or worked there.
I deliver to them quite regularly , can’t help you on the actual way things are run for the staff,
but all I can say is that 90% of the staff are not English. ! Drivers or office staff.
When waiting to actually speak to a member of the Goods-In staff, they do speak good Englishski
I’ve noticed the majority of their drivers talk in a foreign dialect with the transport personnel>
And you will LOVE the waiting room for staff and visiting drivers, more like a holding pen for criminals
And as a PS I would advise you to learn Polish, so that you can interact with your fellow employees
otherwise it will be a really sad existance in the rest room, or canteen as they call it
